Sound familiar?
The problem.
Stuck in the browser
You hear the perfect sample in a video or a stream, and there's no clean way to get it into your session.
Routing is a maze
Virtual cables, loopback drivers, aggregate devices. Twenty minutes of setup before you record a second.
Phone to the speaker
So you record it on your phone, send it over, and it sounds exactly like that.
Catch sits next to your DAW and records your computer's sound directly, at full quality. One click to record, one drag to get it into your beat.
What it fixes
Problem in. Solved.
COMPUTER AUDIO
Records whatever your computer is playing: videos, streams, games, voice notes. No cables, no extra drivers.
ANY INPUT
Switch the source to your audio interface or mic to grab a vocal idea, a guitar line or a hum.
PLAY IT BACK
Hit Play to hear the take. Click anywhere on the waveform to jump there. Space bar plays and pauses.
LIVE VISOR
A live meter and the take's waveform show exactly what you caught, with time and peak level.
DRAG TO DAW
Drag the take straight onto a track. Every take is also saved to Music › Catch.
KEEP ON TOP
Catch floats over your DAW, so it's always one click away.
How it works
Three steps. That's it.
Made for producers who find sounds everywhere and want them in the session in seconds.

Pick a source
Computer audio, or your mic / audio interface.
Record
Hit Record, play the sound, hit Stop. Play it back to check.
Drag it in
Drag the take onto a track in your DAW and flip it.
Who made this
Built by an artist and producer.
I'm Sungwoo. I've been making music for over a decade. I produced for pH-1 on his debut with a major Korean label, performed at KCON three times and been featured on Korean national TV.
Half my samples start as something I hear on my computer: a video, a stream, an old clip. Getting that sound into a session always meant routing apps, cables or my phone held up to a speaker. So I made it one click.
Record any sound your computer plays and drag it straight into your DAW. Four buttons, no routing.

One app. One price.

Questions
Asked & answered.
Will it work with my DAW?
Catch is its own app that sits next to any DAW: Logic, Ableton, FL Studio, Studio One, Reaper, GarageBand and the rest. Takes drag in like any audio file.
Is it a plugin?
No, it's a standalone app. That's what lets it record your computer's sound, which a plugin inside a DAW can't do.
Mac or Windows?
Both. Mac needs macOS 14.2 or later to record computer audio. Windows 10/11 64-bit. One purchase covers both.
How do I install it?
Right after checkout you get an email with the download. Run the installer, open Catch and follow the short setup screen. No license key needed.
Can I record anything?
Technically, anything your computer plays. You're responsible for what you record and how you use it: clear samples before you release them, and get permission before recording people.
Is it a subscription?
Never. One payment, yours to keep, with free updates.
What if it's not for me?

Windows says "Windows protected your PC". Is it safe?
Yes. That warning shows for new apps from independent developers. Click "More info", then "Run anyway".
